Central Victorian Investments offer a range of investment options from our fixed term secured notes to our 'Grow With Us' note. No fees or charges apply to open an investment.
We are happy to accept a low initial investment of $200 to open a fixed & 31 day secured note.
Investments can be opened in single or joint names, or in the names of partnerships, superannuation funds, trusts, deceased estates, businesses, companies and other incorporated/unincorporated bodies.
Simply give us a call, contact us or call into our office located at 41 Lydiard St Sth, Ballarat and we are more than happy to step you through the process of opening an investment with us.
Please see the below rate table for our investment options for Secured Notes, as well as the rate for our 'Grow With Us' Note, which is available to clients under 35 years of age wishing to perhaps open their first investment.

Grow With Us terms & conditions.
Standard rate of 2.75% p.a paid at the end of every month, if you make at least 1 deposit into your Grow With Us investment for a calendar month, and don't withdraw from this investment, we will bonus you with an additional 2.75% p.a, paid monthly. Interest is paid on the first working day of each month. Product is available to individuals up to the age of 35, or 'As Trustee' for a family member under the age of 35.
